My role involves working with different types of leathers using different tools and learning about different techniques and picking up a wide range of skills to develop on.

2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learned loads of new skills working with leather and different tools that are used to making high quality interiors.

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

i enjoy it very much, as I love learning new things and working with cars.

4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

i feel as though some parts could be better, but I can see people are trying hard to sort it all out and to make sure that we are getting the help we need.

A lot more then I feel other companies would as everyone is so willing to help you out.

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

A lot. I feel like they are pushing us to try harder so we get to where we want to be.

Very well.

Because in the car industry, you cannot work for a better company and learning skills from Rolls Royce will help you go on to good things.

Be enthusiastic about the company and show you are willing to work hard and develop in the company.
