on a day to day basis the purpose of my role is in the team that implement and maintain tooling solutions that provide a high level of confidence in securing fixings to engineering specifications. Through proactive data analysis, we optimize our torque controlled processes to improve the quality of customer protection and reduce waste.
I have further developed my ability to create and work on cad designs. I have also worked on projects that have given me the opportunity to improve on my project management skills and ability to help run and manage project. In order to improve my problem solving skills I have worked on smaller engineering projects.
As an answer to "To what extent do you enjoy your programme?" I would have to answer, emphatically, as I have had so many amazing opportunities in such a short amount of time. As well as leaning from a number of wonderful minds and professionals.
the structure works for me as I have the freedom to drive and steer my career.
