Hi role involves ensuring that all corporate processes and procedures comply with regulatory/legal requirements. I do this by providing subject matter expertise in to my colleagues is subjects such as: regulatory compliance and financial crime. As a part of my activities I must: - Perform risk assessments to understand risk levels - Review and challenge internal procedures and provide advice. - Write internal Guidance's/procedures - Deliver training to educate employees in compliance matters - Investigate issues and report back to the business - Review training material
I improved my communication, analysis and writing skills.
I enjoy to receive support with my work and academic responsibilities from my peers and also learning with experienced colleagues.
