1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I work closely with a senior engineer. My daily tasks vary depending on the project programme. I design, coordinate with other design teams and produce drawings that reflect the design. I am responsible for the tasks I complete and ensure i feel competent in completing my work.

Yes, i learn something new constantly at university and at work. I am well supported by my team.

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

It has been great. To be able to apply what I learn at University at work is the best bit.

4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

It is well organised. I have been constanly supported throughout my apprenticeship and feel like I can complete the programme successfully because of how the programme is set up

5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

whether it is at my skills coach meetings or even when I am completing my off-the-job training. I set up regular meetings wit my line manager to discuss any training gaps and how to overcome them.

whether it is at my skills coach meetings or even when I am completing my off-the-job training. I am well supported by the university and have achieved high grades because of this

It gives me the knowledge and skills I need in the workplace and gives me confidence in my professional development
