  • Implementing change into our logistics site, running small to large scale projects with other stakeholders in the business, managing a team of people to help implement the change.

  • I have learnt many new skills along the way and also developed existing ones.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • First few months have been a bit difficult as the direction has not been great up until now.

  • I do not think it is well organised at all. We have a cohort in our business and we are all getting set different tasks with different completion dates.

  • My employer is giving me everything I need at the moment, time away from my day to day job, shadowing and coaching.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • We get our tutorials every couple of months but our tutor is not clear on what is expected and when. I felt lost over the last couple of months with no clear direction.

  • This will eventually help me move on in my role as I will understand how to manage a project from start to finish.

  • Yes, a few but not very often.
