Implementing change into our logistics site, running small to large scale projects with other stakeholders in the business, managing a team of people to help implement the change.
I have learnt many new skills along the way and also developed existing ones.
First few months have been a bit difficult as the direction has not been great up until now.
I do not think it is well organised at all. We have a cohort in our business and we are all getting set different tasks with different completion dates.
My employer is giving me everything I need at the moment, time away from my day to day job, shadowing and coaching.
We get our tutorials every couple of months but our tutor is not clear on what is expected and when. I felt lost over the last couple of months with no clear direction.
This will eventually help me move on in my role as I will understand how to manage a project from start to finish.
