I maintain the factory and keep the line moving by maintaining the equipment that builds he cars
i have learned to think on my feet and diagnose
i enjoy my day too day job assisting production and the opportunities such as the green goblin challenge
i believe there is room for improvement with the structure of the program, and organization as someime you may not know where to be or eho to speak to to find out
i believe the support structure is good and i have received a lot of support
the training provider structure could be improved as we were not enrolled therefor got behind on work and now having to rush to catch up
i believe that my qualification will help but i think we should be getting a higher qualification for the 4 year program
