1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

i support my GM in how he wants to run the pub. I run shifts and lead the team. I open and close the pub and ensure money is accounted for. I order, stock take and monitor compliance.

using different leadership skills on different personalities and situations and how to motivate a team more effectively.

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I found it very informative and relative to my job role. I've now signed up to level 4.

4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

I felt more frredom to complete it on my own time whilst settling smart targets and setting a good pace to complete on time. I felt supported in this.

employer very supportive, no issues

happy with the amount of support I received. Kevin was always really helpful and understanding whilst keeping me on target

it has definitely helped. I feel more confident in my decision making and how i interact with the team

I am an ambassador for The Burnt Chef Project and have attended 2 Marston's events to promote mental well being
