  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I think that I have had a different programme to everyone else because of the problems I have had with my manager and how it was dealt with by the company, I feel it has been badly tainted because of this.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I feel there is a clear structure to the overall programme as I have come in for 2 years and then earned the next 2 years for the HNC. Just not when you finish the apprenticeship I feel you need to try and find a job after.

  • There are a lot of things that we do at college that we do not use at work or need for work. But there are some helpful topics that we learn that would help us outside of work if we get a different role.

    4/10

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • There are some, but I have not had time to join in with any.

  • No

  • 9b. Why?
  • I feel I have had a very different experience to a lot of other people here and I feel that this has tainted my view because of how I have been treated by the company overall.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BMW Group?
  • Make sure you fit into the culture at Rolls-Royce or you will struggle to move up within the company.
