At the moment I am helping out on the line for building headliners.
I have learnt new skills, but it was more at the start of my third year rather than my fourth year, I have learnt how to track cars and edit processes.
I think that I have had a different programme to everyone else because of the problems I have had with my manager and how it was dealt with by the company, I feel it has been badly tainted because of this.
I feel there is a clear structure to the overall programme as I have come in for 2 years and then earned the next 2 years for the HNC. Just not when you finish the apprenticeship I feel you need to try and find a job after.
I do not feel I have been well supported by my supplier in the context of my overall time at the company, I have had 7 different managers in just over 3 years and I feel it has been very hard to find stability.
I feel work have been helpful with my college work whether it is Level 3 or Level 4, I have been given a good amount of time to get work done and helped when I have asked.
There are a lot of things that we do at college that we do not use at work or need for work. But there are some helpful topics that we learn that would help us outside of work if we get a different role.
There are some, but I have not had time to join in with any.
No
I feel I have had a very different experience to a lot of other people here and I feel that this has tainted my view because of how I have been treated by the company overall.
Make sure you fit into the culture at Rolls-Royce or you will struggle to move up within the company.
