My role has involved placements throughout the business and my recent placement is in CR-T-40 TCT where I have dealt with tooling issues on the assembly line.
I have learnt how to use new pieces of software including QS Torque and how to use, fix and repair DC Tooling, Bosch and Atlas Copco tooling.
I have enjoyed the fact that I have had different places to learn different skills.
At the workplace, I have managed to be organised with guidance from the workplace.
I have support from the employer when asked and guidance in where I should look into other placements.
I do receive support, however there could be a little bit more guidance on the assignments that have to be done.
I feel that there are some subjects that are not applicable to my workplace although the majority have had some relevance.
There are, but I personally have not been involved with them.
