Speaking directly to b2b customers, working on ongoing projects to improve customer experience and general admin whilst working across multiple platforms.
I am a lot more confident with presenting, and my Excel skills have improved. I have enhanced the skills I had already in terms of customer experience.
I love my team and the opportunities the company has given to me.
This has more room for improvement as due to the fast nature of the industry, it is quite hard to find the time to complete assignments and tasks.
My team are great with supporting me on my journey, I think apprentices need to be celebrated even more.
They have supported me emotionally when I have been stressed about meeting certain criteria and I have been supported with my project.
It has given me the opportunity to partake in projects that I would not have done.
I am part of our next gen team and a brand ambassador.
Yes
It is a great company to work for. They really are people first and they support each employee on their journey.
Be yourself, be open to opportunities and be curious!
