Yes, I have learnt how to do dyslexia portfolios as well as grown in confidence when talking to parents. I have also learnt how to safeguard students against any threats.
I enjoy my apprenticeship to a great extent. I dropped out of sixth form to do it. At first I was not sure as it was something different. But now that I have been doing it for a while, it is the best choice I have made. The people who support me are amazing and have made the process so easy.
It is very structured which helps as you always know what your next steps are and you do not get confused. They are very organised which helps when you email them as they always get back to you in a timely manner to help.
I believe my employer goes above and beyond to support me. As I suffered with health issues, they have done so much to make sure I am okay. My tutor calls me every 2 weeks to make sure I am okay and if i have any issues I know someone is always there.
I receive most of my experience in my job role.
I am not sure.
Yes
They have made the apprenticeship go really smoothly and I am really enjoying it. They are always there to support and help you even if you need a chat.
Do. not be scared to confide in people as they are there to help you through your apprenticeship and they will always try their best to support you.
