Yes, I have learnt how to best produce and present presentations in an effective manner to attract attention. I have learn sales skills and techniques used to persuade customers. Putting customers first to improve my customer service skills. Excel skills have increased in order to analyse data.
I have really enjoyed my programme as I have learnt new skills and had the benefit of learning on the job as well as gaining a degree. I have gained years of experience which has provided me with the foundation to build my career.
I think there could be some improvements to the structure of the programme to provide more support with on the job learning and assignments. However, nearing the end of my degree this improved due to drop in sessions with tutors. Positively assignments were planning out in advance.
I had and continue to receive support from my all colleagues and manager. I can always ask questions when unsure and people are willing to help. At the start I was provided with courses to provide me with the training needed to complete my job.
I was given study days in order to complete my university assignments and tasks. This reduced stress and allowed me to complete assignments on time. I tend to have meeting with my manager for further support and tips.
Assignment are work related so I am given support on how to perform my role well and provided with fundamentals to excel in my role as a sales person.
There are many networking events to attend to widen my connections within the business and industry. We also have social activities we take part in as a team to bond such as evening drinks and seasonal parties.
