My role involves being in the restaurant 5 days a week, I assist the business in meeting targets and KPIS. In line with the business model. I complete day to day admin duties and follow up with employee relations.
Yes, since doing this role and my apprenticeship I have learnt new skills. I’ve learnt how to assist employees better and listen more.
Very well structured, I like how it’s remote and it’s self led so I can pick up from where I left off.
My coach is fantastic, she ensures I feel supported and I have time for learning.
Plenty.
100% better as the skills I’m learning are relevant to my role and not only this, if I ever chose to go higher up in HR this would really benefit me.
