I am required to ensure the safety of each child in my care and to provide interesting stimulating activities designed to encourage the children to develop their individual understanding and development of new skills.
I have broadened my knowledge of best practice and discovered the early years theorists, this has improved my understanding of the LEYF pedagogy.
The course was challenging but ultimately rewarding I recommend for those seeking self improvement.
The tutor was quick to respond and communicated directly to contact her with any questions. I found the lessons could be difficult with no time provided as we went to begin writing our answers to each question. we were taught the entire unit in one go.
Leyf was incredible, I was given a day a week to complete my lessons and provided with a mentor which helped me to manage both working and learning
Lmp Education was wonderfully supportive they took into account my learning needs and tailored their instruction style accordingly.
I have a deeper understanding of why and how to do my job in an effective manner, my confidence has also grown.
There is an annual Leyf conference.
