Store manager, accountable for thr running of that unit as part of the company. From the hiring of the colleagues to the training, coaching and recognition to picking up the conversation when things don't go right and lead pieces of change when business demands it.

The structure is very well presented and laid out, with the lecturers talking to the moodle page and answer any question with no issues.

Asda is a good employer to work for with good benefits, with the apprenticeship it a good way to earn and gain a degree at the same time. Being able to use what is learnt at university and exposed at work where they gain experience and develop themselves.
To be themselves, it's about they behaviour and not the skills. Go into the local store and see what and how the colleagues working.
