  • i look after a shared mailbox where i deal with procurement requests, these could be quote request or order request and i place these orders with suppliers and make sure we have the best possible price we are able to get

  • Yes, i've developed my skills interacting with requestors and suppliers very useful skill to develop and have with my at such a young age.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • i really enjoy working here at BT, i think i picked a great company to join, all my colleagues are wonderful and i love coming to work everyday. Furthermore my course is really enjoyable and engaging i love it

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • it is very well organised, they lay out the module plan for the next 4 years so i can prepare in advance for different modules and make sure i'm proficient with the basics

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • i receive a lot of support the team around me and they're very helpful and they point me in the direction to people if they cant help. They provide support and feedback sessions with my coursework and fortnightly reviews on my performance

  • QA are really good with support they run support sessions and feedback sessions frequently and also have the opportunity to indulge in one to one sessions from increased

  • i believe it teaches me niche skills that i may not learn on the job, it gives me ideas that i am able to take within my work place and use in my team.

  • Oh yes plenty, here at BT there's always something going on and its very easy to find. We have something called workplace which is almost an internal facebook where we can connect with each other and you can easily find events and activities going on

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • It is a great company, the atmosphere, the colleagues, the benefit the workload everything about BT is great and i love working here. i dont see myself leaving BT after i finish my apprenticeship


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BT Group?
  • Just go for it, it truely is a great company to work for. Be yourself and you'll fit in perfectly everyone is so friendly and nice you'll be happy working here without a doubt
