We reach out to schools and businesses to turn their current vacancies into apprenticeship opportunities.

2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes! I have greatly improved my account management and time management/ organisational skills.

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy it, I am always inspired by the programme content and spend time thinking about what I have learnt and how to apply it.

4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very well organised. I have the support of my line manager and tutor to bring together both the theoretical and the practical sides of the programme.

5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive lots of support. My manager/ superiors and co-workers are very keen to help me learn more about my job role, and gain the deepest understanding possible of my training.

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive a lot of support and reassurance if needed from my training provider and tutor. The enrolment team were extremely supportive too.

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I have already been able to embed what I have learnt into my role. My course has encouraged me to be very reflective of the way I work and interact with others, which is vital for my Team Leader apprenticeship.

8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes, there are always social activities to get involved with and I love them all! There are all-company away days and socials, and the more frequent smaller team socials which are brilliant and wonderful for bonding us all.

Yes

Our team is very tight-knit and supportive. Everyone is hard-working and passionate and gets the job done every day, and they are also people I love spending time with outside of work.

10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Inspire ATA Ltd.?

It is a fast-moving and exciting business. I would really recommend this to people looking for a fulfilling and busy role.
