fibre conectivity to cusotmer and internal equipment. Fault solving on switch and transmission equipment
Yes, I am now in a possition where I can work on various build and fault jobs without supervision, and I can solve harder faults with some guidence
I enjoy my job role and the tasks envolved
the structure has been confusing, as our job roles seems to be changing, and since covid the training has been limited
At the begining I recieved lots of support from my manager, however as I am more independent now, I dont require as much support
whilst working with firebrand, my mentor was a good help and was always avaliable when needed
The firbre brand training did not really help me with my job role, although some of the projects where to write up some of the jobs we did, which at the time helped me better understand my role
Not that I am aware of, but would like more of this. There are some volunteering opertunities
Yes
I like my job role. Although not everything has been smooth with my apprenticeship, I do belive I have a good future here
