  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • A combination of work and university studies across the week. Some weeks there will be a set university day with a lecturer and other weeks you will have up to 6 hours to take as 'self study'. When not focusing on uni you are in one of you rotations focusing on your personal development in that role within the supply chain and learning how that function works in the company. You willl also look at how you can link your studies to you work. Across the 4 rotations you will have a minimum of 6 rotations lasting 6 months and a final 12 month rotation to finish off the scheme.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • There is a definite link between my studies and my rotations. I am very much able to apply my learnings to my projects and my day to day tasks. I am able to provide feedback to my rotation manager based around what i have studied for my modules. The studies allows me to understand better what i can do to develop myself.
