i am a field based engineer, where i would complete x pert set up jobs, and majority of the times i work in house, where i would have to handle customers request such as assigning them new laptops or it accessories.
yes, i have improved on my communication and listening skills, and have learnt how a range of it skills that i didnt have before
i wish it was more in a hybrid working environment, where i had the chance to work form home
