Working on opportunities, this involves speaking to customers, working or updating designs. Sometimes, I am able to do extra learning/revision for other certifications, often these are related to the current rotation I am in.
I have undertake several courses along side my university degree. I have been able to develop my skills in areas such as databases, networks, Java and many more.
I really enjoy my programme, I couldn't ask for more. Everyone is very supportive and willing to help. I have learnt a lot in a very short time.
Originally, the programme was not structured at all. However, this quickly changed, with support being provided very quickly.
Huge amounts, we are provided a mentor to aid and guide us within each rotation until we are at a point where we feel comfortable to take more of the responsibility for each opportunity.
Huge amounts, we have regular meetings to discuss progress and any additional needs om them and the workplace. Additionally, there are lecturers and mentors readily available.
Greatly. Much of the content covered within my qualification learning, in required when working on opportunities. As such, it massively helps.
Although I don't, there are several available.
Yes
BT is a massive organisation, and with that comes endless opportunities, which in some cases, other employers can't give you.
