My role is Customer Service i check in passengers and board flights for aircrafts as well as helping out with disruptions.
I have developed my communication skills and problem solving skills
I enjoy the program as it has taught me a lot of new skills and developed previous skills i had.
Well organised and structured a few hiccups at the beginning but overall decent pacing with lessons and introduction to the terminal.
Lots of support emails are replied to swiftly and there are many people to contact for help.
Lots of support always letting me know my deadlines and what point i should be up-to and always open to help with what I need.
Helps a lot and gives me insight on how to do my job in the terminal better.
