  • My role is Customer Service i check in passengers and board flights for aircrafts as well as helping out with disruptions.

  • I enjoy the program as it has taught me a lot of new skills and developed previous skills i had.

  • Well organised and structured a few hiccups at the beginning but overall decent pacing with lessons and introduction to the terminal.

  • Lots of support emails are replied to swiftly and there are many people to contact for help.

  • Lots of support always letting me know my deadlines and what point i should be up-to and always open to help with what I need.

  • Helps a lot and gives me insight on how to do my job in the terminal better.
