Improvement of enhancing and using statistical techniques to produce comprehensive reports. ● Collaborative communication within an assigned working collection systems and data analytics. Effective improvement towards conducting research and providing alternative solutions to real-life company problems. Increased my team working skills, and effectively improved and enhanced my ability to be able to communicate problems and solutions effectively when working within teams.
Overall, I generally enjoyed the programme. I felt like it was a great insight into the several different careers of business, finance and economics, all at Aon. I generally felt as if I could communicate better when working in assigned teams, and generally enjoyed exploring the different fields of interest in the business and financial fields.
The programme overall, was structured in a logical, professional way. We were tasked with different problems and analysis’ each day and explored the different ideas of interest, with additional feedback from the team members in the assigned groups, to generally produce a solution towards some potential problems. It was structured quite well.
Overall, we were all assigned to different groups, each associated with our own mentor, which was able to lead and guide each team member into participating more, and completing all the assignments in a high level of detail. I received a lot of support from the mentors and from the owner of the Aon company, who introduced himself and answered several of our questions.
I am not too sure about the answer to this question. Overall, I would say that there wasn’t much help with support towards any qualifications, however the acceptance of the virtual work experience programme, increased the level of support they gave and is a good fit in my cv.
I haven’t received a qualification yet from this training provider except for a certificate of completion of the Virtual Insight Programme. I feel that this certification of completion generally highlights my dedication and bravery to finish this programme, with assigned tasks. I fry as if I could communicate more effectively and analyse data and financial problems a lot more after this programme.
There were only in person work experience days for two days which was a method of a professional networking event, however the rest of the experience was virtual. I think overall if there were no sports teams to join. There were online social activities working with teams to explore different feedback ideas.
Yes
Aon is a great programme overall which generally enabled me to gain a better insight of the different topics and problems, localised within the financial and business industry. Aon ensured that the support of the mentors enabled all team members to effectively utilise their developing skills of communication and researching to effectively provide solutions to different financial and economic potential problems.
I would advise others to not be afraid to communicate their different ideas towards all people in the different assigned groups. I would additionally advise them to provide unique and meaningful solutions to different potential problems, which will provide as a beneficial necessity within the financial and business industry today.
