Waitressing, running food and drinks, helping on the bar, resetting tables and cleaning and overseeing other staff members.
Yes I have become more confident socially and more confident in my ability to be able to do my job.
The programme run by lifetime is great i do enjoy it 10/10, however my workplace itself not so much which is why the rating is lower
Up until recently i have received little to no support from my previous 3 managers but my new manager supports me
I receive a lot of support from my coach they help me whenever i need it
i get more knowledge about my role and other roles at my workplace then others
