I'm a chef in a kitchen. I prep food and also serve it
Communication with the team. cooking skills like preparing food and plating it.
I enjoy the different types of things I do within my program and what I learn is varied
It's very well structured with a planner to let me know what to do and by when
I receive a good amount of support from my GM and my collegues
I receive a lot of support from them and they help me when needed
it's given me skills and knowledge I wouldn't have necessarily got from the job
Not many just staff parties now and then and a quizes
