Patience and communication skills
I do enjoy the apprenticeship.
The off the job hours are scheduled in however the nature of the job someone’s leaves little time to complete the actual coursework for the apprenticeship.
We receive lots of support from our employer.
Very little support from our training provider at Seetec, we seek out responses but get none
I think the qualification has helped me learn how to treat our customers equally and give them a good experience.
We have hotel suppliers visit allowing us to network with them.
Yes
We care for our customers and always try to go above and beyond.
Take notes in your one to one with your apprenticeship provider because it helps when getting round to your off the job hours to remember what you went over.
