  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • I work within the HRBP and Data & Systems team, helping with daily/weekly tasks, and providing support to stakeholders on larger projects (Christmas, Coronation, etc). I also work with the BPs on colleague engagement and wellbeing.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • The programme is good, but simple. I've completed an undergraduate degree the year prior, so moving onto a level 3 has been too easy to keep my interest sustained.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The programme is well structured and split into units based on subjects that frequently appear in HR - Employee Relations, Data and analytics for example, and there's also a unit on your own personal development
