So far I have developed my knowledge in the HR function and this has helped in my current job role too. My verbal and written communication skills have improved since starting the Apprenticeship and I have met lots of new people from different industries who are doing my course too.
I am enjoying the HR programme I am currently on. The content is really interesting and helps me with my current job role. I think it will give me the knowledge I need to progress within the HR function in the future. The learning is varied and it keeps it interesting.
My programme is structured really well, I have an online platform where all of my learning is and where I can submit my assignments. It keeps me organised as it outlines each task as well as the deadlines. It is a really good way of structuring the content to make sure you know what you’re doing.
My employer is really supportive of apprenticeships and encourages them for new employees. I get to take time out of my working day to complete any learning or assignments which is really helpful for a work-life balance. It is really encouraging to see how supportive my employer is for my apprenticeship.
My training provider assigns everyone a coach so we have someone who will support us through the apprenticeship. I think that my coach is really supportive and enthusiastic about my learning. They are really approachable and always available to answer any questions I have about the learning or the assignments.
My apprenticeship has all of the components to allow me to develop as a person and progress in my role. It aligns really well to my day to day job and pushes me to develop myself further. I think it will provide me with all of the relevant knowledge, skills and behaviours.
Yes, there are many social events including, yoga clubs, fitness clubs, networking events and christmas parties that everyone can get involved in. This is great for team morale and helps people who are new to the business to really settle into their teams and get to know others in the business.
Yes
It is a nice place to work and has great benefits. Apprenticeships and professional development courses are greatly encouraged and supportive, which is really important. After speaking with others, they believe it is a great place to work. Every one is friendly and approachable and networking between teams is encouraged.
