  • My role throughout a day to day basis is calm but it can become a little stressful at times when there is no staff. The children are always playful and chatty. I have love working in the position I work in as it helps me develop better communication skills with parents and the children.

  • I have learnt and developed skills such as communication skills. This has helped me because I am now able to talk to parents about the child and communicate with them about any question ls that they might have about what there child has done that day and what they have eaten that day too.

  • I enjoy my program to a very big extent as it has taught me to be more patient and confident in my self.

  • My program is organised and structured well because it's easy to find things that I need to do once I have been told what it is I need to do.

  • I receive alot of support from my training provider because whenever I have asked for help I have received the feedback to help with me.

  • I feel like I can ask my training provider for help if I need any.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • We have a few activities that help the children socialise with the other children through that activity because we have football, dancing and yoga
