  • Working within a DevSecOps environment as an AES Consultant, communicating with stakeholders/clients and developing/working towards solutions for them using our technology.

  • I have learnt more on JavaScript, HTML, CSS and will soon explore VUE. Practised Agile Methodologies, prepared presentations and improved my networking skills.

  • My role is interesting and involves many aspects of learning making it very enjoyable to me.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The systems put in place by the company allows us to have a structured programme with our days planned to allow us to prepare.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • The support I have been receiving has been amazing so far, there’s many people available to support and we have a safe space to learn and practise and learn without fear of failure.

  • Similar to the company I am sure the training provider will provide us with lots of support.

  • It’s directly relevant to my work making it easier to balance and retain the information.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • There are many social events at our work place to allow us to network and enjoy ourselves, and sport teams are available too.

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • It’s an opportunity that allows a person to develop their career early with benefits to one’s skills, education , network and more, overall I think it’s worth the work and time.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to IBM?
  • Be confident in yourself and check the requirements and understand what the company may want from an individual, as long as you’re interested/passionate about what the role will teach you, you should apply and try your best.
