Yes I have learnt how to communicate with other departments, both orally and also when producing work for them as they will not understand our financial terms and layout, so work with them to make it easy for them to understand, along with helping them track their KPI's.
I enjoyed reflecting on what I do. When working, you end up just completing the tasks, however the levy has made me reflect where I can see clear progression and what my job actually entails.
The programme is well structured. Some tasks I felt were there for the sake of doing, maybe because I started at level 7. However, the tasks on Bud did help with my ACCA project which I was very grateful for.
I received support as I was able to attend taught and revision classes during work hours, which were paid. The fact that I did not need to pay and use all my annual leave for study made things easier and more motivated to actually get things done and pass.
Training provider was very helpful and attentive with all my needs and queries. I could not ask for more!
It helps massively as I understand why I do certain things rather than learning what to do and how to do it. Knowing and learning the reasoning behind it makes work a lot more enjoyable as well as giving me more insight and grounds to do better.
Yes, they have the christmas party and summer party.
Yes
It's a good place to start off and earn the basics. It also provides training and time off. SOme companies do not offer this.
Hard work, take on additional work to show that you are keen in order for you to progress and expand knowledge in other areas.
