I learnt a lot of skills during my week with aon including building my confidence.
I really enjoyed the work experience week as I got the opportunity to find more about jobs I was unfamiliar with.
Katie was our group leader and she had everything ready every single day so there were no delays.
I learnt a lot about the culture and the values at aon and as a ethnic minority I feel comfortable to work there in the future due to their diverse lifestyle.
This week gave me an insight into different career options and helped me to decide if I want to go to university or complete a apprenticeship.
This was an online insights week.
Yes there was a day where we created a linked in profile and we added the other employees we had met that day.
