running of operation and wellbeing of colleagues in a express store
In a new store at the moment, I have not learnt new skills or put into practice skills learnt from the course as the role is a level down from my previous role
really enjoying the programme as I am learning a lot of business beyond the store level
very well structured and very informative
I am not receiving the support I was promise at the beginning of the course. The lack of support has affected my progression on the course as i behind on assignment. it seem to be a misunderstanding of the support require from the business, depending on the line manager and their personal agenda at the store level.
The university has been amazing in supporting to help complete assignment and ensuring all skills are acquired. The skill coaches are easy to reach and are always willing to support.
The knowledge acquired from the course help to be better within my role but the is not much opportunity to expand and use the knowledge at the level I should in the workplace
There are professional networking events but the opportunity is restricted to a some level of management
No
progression and support to grow is really limited, It is a hit and miss and mostly depends on who you work with and their personal feeling.
to get clear understanding of what is required of them as an employee and how the business can support their needs within the agreed time frame
