    • I participate in maintenance activities on live aircraft, filling my cap 741 and writing task reports to complete my apprenticeship.

    • I have learnt lots of new skills such as tool control, FOD control, interpreting maintenance documents and schematics.

    • I really enjoy the variety of work that is carried out on various different aircraft.

    • Although the program is not perfect, I don't believe any is and this apprenticeship is organized very well.

    • We receive all the support we could possibly need.

    • We receive an adequate amount of support from the training provider to get our apprenticeship completed.

    • I think our qualification is good for a base understanding of the job roll but the 'On the Job Training' is where you really learn.

    • There are loads of extra curricular activities to get involved in from STEM events to networking events.
