I am currently on a rotational programme working as a trainee site manager. My day to day includes checking the programmes, joining meetings, checking on the health and safety and induction forms
Yes, I have learnt how important time management and organisation is in the work enviorment.
I really enjoy the programme I am on, everyday is different and I am learning everyday
My programme is really well organised. I am included in all the site meetings and have regular catch ups with my line manager
I receive a lot of support. When we get issued the assignment they ensure I am given enough support and time to complete it.
When I am at university i recieve a lot of support. If I am not there for my block week, they are all only an email away
A lot, I feel like what I am learning at university I can take into my day to day job.
Yes I take part in lots of career events. We also have an emerging talent local group so take part in lots of different activities.

They treat there staff really well. They are constantly looking for the best in you and to help you progress.
