Learnt the role of being a Project Controller. Now skilled in Microsoft Project and developed on previous business administration skills/knowledge - accurate document production, communication etc.
I enjoy the programme, I have been offered an extensive amount of support from the teams I have worked with and I have been given responsibilities to feel valued as part of a team.
The programme is structured well with sufficient time for off the job training, as well as the daily learning on the job. There are vast opportunities for stretch to further develop skills.
Continuous support is offered by my employer and they can always be contacted should I require support.
Training is provided by in house early careers. This is a very supportive process with regular training days each month to build knowledge, skills and behaviours for the qualification based on the Pearson standard.
I have gained knowledge and skills that assist with my daily role. It has been helpful to understand why tasks are completed due to the background knowledge provided by the learning for the qualification.
There are various activities going on throughout the year that can be attended - social activities, various sports teams to join and professional networking events with people across the business.

It has been such a positive experience and the support you receive to carry out your role has been extensive. I feel valued as an employee/apprentice and it has exceeded all expectations. Wellbeing of employees is highly valued.
It may feel daunting applying to such a large company but it is such a friendly, supportive environment where everyone wants you to succeed and will assist in you doing so. Try to get some background knowledge of the area of the business you apply to on the website.
