I have enjoyed working at BAE Systems, they have looked after me. I believe that anyone who works for BAE will be looked after and have a very enjoyable time, learning new skills and making new freinds.
I would tell others to be themselves and enjoy the process. When I applied it was in the middle of COVID so I had a bit of a different experience. However in the interviews, I found being myself and enjoying the experience the best tip.
