  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • My programme is very structured. For example, I know what I will be doing during my training period and thereafter how long I will be on a project and the steps in being assigned to another project. There is wide-spread support for all apprentices for anything and everything.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I receive a great amount of support. For example I have a buddie I have been given, whom I can ask anything. I also have my colleagues I have joined with. Along with that, I have my task manager and a foundation manager! And not just that but they are easily accessible.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • Again, I have not yet started my degree however I can only assume that it will help a lot. I have been given an outline of the syllabus, and the topics covered are things which I experience to a day-to-day basis.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Yes! There are so many social activities to attend. For example in the London Office on Thursdays we have quizes in which we compete and you win a prize and get to meet different people. People thereafter go out together and grab a meal. Similarly, there are different societies you can attend such as Women in Tech, Asian society, Diverse-ability and much more!
