My role involves ensuring that all employees are kept up to date with the latest company news, business financial performance, change management, project updates etc.

Absolutely - it's been great to learn new subjects that I haven't studied before and I have started to apply my knowledge directly at work

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I'm enjoying the programme very much and finding it really fulfilling. The subjects are really interesting and I am learning new skills

4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

I have been blown away by how organised and structured the programme is. Having done an under and post graduate degree at other Unis, I can confidently say that this Uni has been the best. I am sent content in advance of the sessions, the tutors are very helpful and I have been given my timetable in advance

5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

It's a mixed bag at the moment as the business is very busy. During peak times I find it is harder to get support in terms of meetings or shadowing but overall it's been very good. I make time for myself to get off the job time - this could be improved by internal activities that I could join

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I have received a lot of support from Man Met, they have given me access to an area full of resources and they book us in for regular meetings like skills reviews, webinars etc

It's been great for me as it's giving me crucial management skills that I need to be able to level up in my career

No - this is not available through my employer and I am too far away from head office to be able to take part
