I spent the morning drafting up tax returns to send to clients and then usually in the afternoon I reply to the queries clients have as well as submitting approved tax returns.
I have learnt many things through my apprenticeship although most of this does not apply to my job role however I have learnt a lot about the accounting team and what they do and I believe this helps me work better with them.
AAT Level 3 has taught me a lot and has allowed me to learn and advance my knowledge
The programme is structured really well as I never find myself struggling to do something
My employer will usually allow me time to complete my apprentiship work and will also allow me study days before an exam usually to make sure that I am fully prepared for the exam
Lots of support is available to me when I need it and I never feel like I am being left to work something out on my own.
As the AAT Level 3 does not apply directly to my job role there are only a few things that apply however I do find I can work better with the accounting team due to understanding their job role a bit more.
I would not say there are extra curricular activities per say we do however go out as a team quite often outside of work so that everyone can get to know each other outside of work.
Yes
I feel like I have learnt a lot whilst working here and am working towards qualifications that will help me in the future
Just be yourself as the office environment thrives on everyone being themselves and working together as one team
