Day to day, I work with my colleagues serving customers and taking enquiries with customers whilst completing my apprenticeship training and my job training
I have developed my people skills working with customers on a daily basis and I am improving my computer skills daily too. I have learnt all about Tui and what the standards are for the company and hat it takes to become a travel advisor
I am enjoying my programme very much as I feel like I am progressing well through the course and with my training. I am getting on well my colleagues very much too.
My programme is very well structured as I know what work I have to complete and what it is due for
I receive plenty of support from my employer and colleagues with anything that I am struggling with and any questions I have for them.
I receive plenty of support from my training provider as they have told me how well I am progressing and given me feedback throughout my apprenticeship so far
My training will help with my job role as it is educating me more about the company and what the role of a travel adviser entails.
I would like to get involved in extra-curricular activities when they come up to e available to attend. I have so far attended 1 which I enjoyed
Yes
As it is a very supportive working environment and the employees are brilliant to work with within my store and outwith
I would advise you go in with an open mind and be ready to learn as before I started I had no idea how any different components there was to being a travel adviser
