My role involves the implementation of IT systems to our Retail estate and Contact Centres.
Absolutely. I have learnt about project, programme and portfolio management and how projects work, inc. Stakeholder management, Leadership, Context, Lifecycles, Reviews, Benefits, Teamwork, Conflict Management, Negotiations, Scope, Requirements, Procurement and much more!
I do really enjoy it but it's hard work!
It's pretty well structured, Instep have provided great support.
My line manager supports me, I haven't heard much from the apprenticeship team themselves.
My tutor is very good, he really listens to what I have to say and offers advice and help when I need it.
It really does, it helps me to see not only where I can improve as an individual but where TUI could improve.
There are networks that you can join. An emphasis has been put on that more recently.
Yes
I've worked for TUI for 20 years this year, it's all I've ever known. TUI has always supported me with my career development and treated me as an individual.
With TUI being so large, there are opportunities for everyone, from every background, with every specialty. They offer a great flexible work policy, where work is something that you do, not somewhere that you go.
