I'm in charge of our social media, email marketing and also organise our online database which contains all our files on customers, finances, research and much more. I also monitor our customer service desk and I'm in charge of our CRM system.
I've learnt many skills to do with english, maths and IT as well as life skills such as talking to people, customer service, sales, marketing and also coaching.
More than I could imagine. I didn't like school so this was the perfect opposite to that. I believe it has changed my life and shaped my future in an unbelievable way.
My programme was well structure as much as it can be. There is no real curriculum to follow which in a way could be a negative but also a positive as I believe I have learnt more about my job role which I wouldn't have been able to if I was following a curriculum
An Unbelievable amount. They made sure I learnt the content for my course as well as developing me for my future
I had a great connect with my trainer which meant I was able to send any questions I had over to her and get them answered in good time. Also, if i had any questions that needed to go to higher places, this was sorted really quickly.
It has meant I've been able to perform my job to an unbelievable level and has meant I've had more time to learn more advanced parts of my job.
I've been to many conferences, exhibitions, networking events as well as delivering demos for our products all across the Northwest & UK
Yes
It is completely to the norm in an amazing way. The products the company sells are an unbelievable step in innovation which means any worker will experience something like never before. The staff are great, the structure is perfect and the growth regardless of job role is massive.
Be ready for something out of the ordinary, this isn't your typical company. It's very quirky which provides fun times and allows for you to want to actually work.
