Completing service requests and incidents raised, providing solutions to end users to fix account and access issues, complete daily uploads on command prompts, answering phone calls from users and helping them to identify their issue and how to resolve it.
Yes; teamwork, communication, report writing, it technical capabilities, time management, problem solving, and more.
It's been a really great programme as I have developed new and existing skills, met nice people, networked with people in different departments with different levels of experience, and given me an opportunity to get into this career.
It is well structured as we are given a time frame of what is expected to be completed by each quarter end. The managers help you if you need it and it is ultimately down to you to make sure everything is completed so you are managing it partly yourself.
A good amount. If I need support, then they are there for me, and they keep regular meetings to ensure you are on track and make sure you are hitting your own goals you have set yourself.

The support and networking opportunities are great and the pay is good.
