verall, working at Transport and Logistics at British Airways as a work experience student was a great experience. I had the opportunity to learn about different areas of the business and gain insight into the way the company operates. I was able to develop my problem-solving and organizational skills, as well as my understanding of the logistics industry. I also had the chance to interact with the staff, who were all very friendly and welcoming. It was a great way to get a taste of the working world and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a work experience opportunity
During my work experience as Transport and Logistics at British Airways, I gained valuable skills in supply chain management, freight forwarding, customer service, and problem solving. I also developed a better understanding of the airline industry, its regulations and operational procedures. Additionally, I attended several industry specific training programs which provided me with an improved understanding of the different facets of the logistics industry, such as customs regulations, shipping methods and supply chain management. I also learned the importance of communication, teamwork and accuracy in the workplace.
