My role as a project manager consultant includes joinging regular stand up meetings, taking notes of these meetings and using these to keep trackers up t date. I help manage what tasks need to be done by my team. I also help organise and run retrospectives, sprint planning sessions and social calls. I also keep track of the hours logged by my team and help calculate how much we bill the client.

I would reccommend IBM as i think the apprenticeship has a great structure with an amazing support network. due to the variety of roles available it means you can gain a breadth of experience and there is lots of choice and ability for your career to make a chnage. there is a great support system within IBM woth foundation managers and other IBM apprentices
To be organised and manage your time well. to be original and talk about any and all experience you have gained before applying, as its the little things that may make you stand out.
