I am a nursery assistant, meaning I have responsibility in caring for children between the ages of 0-3, ensuring their safety and health and well-being. As a practitioner, I must be active in helping the children to learn and develop in a safe environment, which I have learnt to do through Realise Training.
Being with Realise Training, as well as learning on the job has definitely helped me to learn and develop my personal skills that are required for this role. This includes things such as health and safety, safeguarding, food hygiene and obviously I have expanded my skills in caring for children.
Realise Training is a very enjoyable programme. They are organised and efficient in making sure my training is kept on track and that I have completed everything required for my Level 2 qualification. The webinars are useful and relevant to what I need to know for my role and are carried out professionally.
Realise Training is a well organised programme. They have me attend webinars regularly and ensure I am preparing sufficiently for my final Level 2 exams. My trainer is consistent in checking what I have completed and makes sure to contact me if there is anything I have yet to complete.
I receive much support from my employer. They are able to have regular check ups with me to ensure I am doing okay and if I have any concerns to share. If I do have any worries they make sure to resolve any issues. Overall, my employer is very supportive.
My training provider is able to provide me with a lot of support. They are easy to contact if I have any issues or queries and will reply quickly with the help I need. They are fully knowledgeable in the course they are providing, which gives me confidence in completing my qualification.
With the webinars and professional discussions, I feel that my training provider is fully able to provide me with the knowledge needed to perform my best in the role I have. They are able to cover a wide range of information that is useful for me in my role as a childcare practitioner.
There is definitely a range of extracurricular activities which can be attended through my work place. Occasionally there is a social event, such as going out for dinner, or professional networking events such as further training or courses. These are all good extracurricular activities to attend to within my work place.

It is an organised and knowledgeable programme, which will be great at supporting anyone in achieving a desired qualification. I have found it to be very helpful personally and I am going through my qualification with confidence due to Realise Training. I would definitely recommend Realise learning and employment to a friend.
I would recommend to stay on top of the work given and make sure to attend the scheduled webinars, since they teach you most of the information you will need to reach the end of the qualification successfully. Overall they make it easy to follow, therefore making it simple to achieve the qualification.
