taking care of 2-3 year olds and helping them in their development through play

i enjoy each day for a different reason depending on the children i am with
very well organised even when we have to improvise and if there is issues with staffing they are always able to sort it
all the support needed and more
we receive a lot of extra help and have out of hours contact too if needed
teaches me a lot more about why we do things we do and helps me to understand the children’s stages better
we have a team meal every month just as a social event
