  • The apprenticeship is incredibly enjoyable, presenting brilliant learning opportunities and satisfaction as you see yourself progress as a developer.

  • The apprenticeship follows a good structure, with one day a week fully dedicated to university workshops and studies.

  • I receive consistent support from my manager and the apprenticeship teams, with regular check-ins making it incredibly easy to request support.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • The University lecturers are always available if I am stuck or need to request support. Lecturers also offer scheduled drop in sessions.

  • The knowledge I gain through my studies maps directly onto my working life, allowing me to perform better and tackle more difficult tasks with greater ease.
