Create a community for our Associate workforce, advocating on their behalf, reviewing policies, processes and proving training and development opportunties.
Negotiation, dealing with conflict, crisis management
Great opportunities to network, learn about other businesses, interesting lectures
Very, although timeframes can differ per module which leaves little time
Plenty - 2 x mentors, 1 x senior leader sponsor, 1 day per week off the job, time to attend in person lectures
